MI Amending Scanner Law

Our thanks to Mark Bajek for passing along word of an amendment to
Michigan state law MCL750.508 regarding scanner use. It appears that
the Rep. Kevin Elsenheimer is amending the bill to remove the penalty
for having a scanner equipped in a vehicle but making it illegal to
commit a crime while in possession of a scanner.
