Introduction
When shopping for a new radio, antenna or other piece of equipment, it's hard
to tell who you can trust in today's global marketplace. The lowest price isn't
the only attribute to look at. Who cares if you get a radio for $10 cheaper
if they have inflated shipping charges or won't bother to return your calls if
you have a problem later.
What's needed is a repository of information about the various dealers and the
experiences that other hobbyists have had with them. That's what this part of
the Strong Signals site is for!
Your Part
99% of us have used a dealer or two in our days and it's up to us to help our
fellow hobbyists when we can. That includes sharing the good times and the bad
we've experienced over the years. If you have not already done so, I urge you
to take just a few minutes to submit the experiences you've had with dealers
when buying hobbyist equipment.
Thanks for your time and participation!
Thanks
Kudos to Bob Grove for his feedback on this survey as well as Grove Enterprises
for their mentioning of this page in the August 1999 issue of Monitoring
Times! We would also like to thank Javiation for referencing this page to
their potential customers and for CEI for referencing their buyers to this
page to evaluate their services.
Disclaimer
The data on this page is the result of e-mail sent to Strong Signals by
anonymous users claiming to be customers of the listed dealers. There is
obviously no way to sort truth from fiction but every effort is made to present
only those submissions which appear to be truthful while filtering out those who
are attempting to use the system to seek revenge.
The views of the submissions here do not necessarily represent the opinions
and/or experiences held by Strong Signals.
