  • Original MVT-9000M consisted of a 40% increase in scan/search speed and a 40% - 70% reduction in 10.8MHz internal intermod
  • The MVT-9000M2 is a MVT-9000M with a green LED added to the top panel which lights when the squelch is broken and blinks when the the battery saver engages
  • The MVT-9000M3 is a MVT-9000M2 with the PRESET enabled (usually only found on Japanese models)
