780 won't work!

Posted by KBS on December 29, 2000 at 21:17:15: I picked mine up today and went thru the instructions to program the Harris Co TX system, but, no matter what I enter I get an Erro/Out of Band message. Either the manual has an error or this one is bad outta the box. Any ideas?
