I BETTER TELL YOU NOW!,my ONLY 780 COMPLAINT!
DONT GET EXCITED,the 780 i saw,had and will have
terribly Slllooooowww TONE SEARCH,you read it here
first. IT iS Soooo Sllloooooowww during a semi-quick
transmission recieve,it failed to find it in time.
UNLIKE THE 92/2067s-SUPERFAST KEY THE MIC and you
have it.
I"D have to say,i love the 780,but i hate there
method for TONE SEARCH.,Trust me its Sllloooooowww.,
you'll sit there WATCHING EVERY TONE get sampled
until it finds the right one.[unless you program it
in manualy]
I figured i'd post this now before everybody complains
about it,and i'm sure they will. UNIDEN COULD OF
DONE BETTER,maybe they fixed it,maybe not. scammermasters
780 was a display model,so it is possible,but i dont
think scannermaster thought so. We'll just have to
get use to it.
THE 780 has Too Too many GOOD points to let this be
a big problem,unless you need to know a TONE SUPERFAST.
