A few days ago, I ordered a 780XLT from CEI (www.usascan.com). They're relatively close to me (I live in Ohio) so I figured I would easily have it by New Years.It is now Friday evening, and I have yet to receive anything from them other than the confirmation page when I submitted my order saying I would receive shipping information within 2 business days. In fact, I just checked my credit card, and they haven't even posted any charges to it.
I sent them an e-mail early this afternoon to find out what's going on, but I haven't received a response. I suppose I'll have to call them, but I think it's a bit rude that I have been ignored to this point.
Has anyone else had any problems ordering from CEI? I noticed it was on the list of good dealers on this site, but perhaps that was a while ago and things have changed? Would I be best to cancel my order with them and order through someone else?
