I'm curious if there is a complete talk group id list for Hartford floating around. I have a couple I pulled down from the web but they seem incomplete.

I've also noticed in the last month that there are some type of operations going on within talkgroups labeled as public works, etc. Very interesting. Hartford is a great monitoring city because they all converse as if nobody could be listening.

Now if only there were a way to get CT State PD, things would be great.
