2-Level Interface

Hello all. I need step by step intructions for a 2 Level Interface designed around the TL082 Op-Amp. All Parts are from Radio Shack, and the board used is a Dual General Purpose IC PC Board. cat number 276-159B. I need to know exactly where to put the switching diodes, resisters etc... any help will be greatly appriciated. I have all the parts, but no instructions.
