I just received my office's fully functioning version of WS780 to install so I can program our scanners.I installed everything fine (I think) but the program never asked me for a serial number or an organization name. You know, the normal software installation stuff. Is this normal for WS780?
Also, once I downloaded from my personal scanner to the program, it didn't appear to take everything. For example even though I have specified a custom fleet map for most of my banks, the software leaves all that information blank.
Finally, when I am in the process of loading info from my scanner to the program my scanner seems to sort of flash a message on the LCD screen saying "not registered'. Is this related to the fact that the software installer never asked me for a serial number?
