How about we cut them some slack. After all this did come out in the middle of the X-Mas season which has got to be one of their busiest times.Also, if you scan through the messages here I think you can be assured that if you are using one of the vendors that participate here you can rest assured that you are not being blindly ripped off.
I think patronizing the vendors that support Rich and his efforts is the least that any of us can do.
After all -- anyone take a look at the other alternative (Usenet)...
