well, it was the first time i used them and it will be the last, i cancelled mine, i ordered on nov 21st, and i have no intention of waiting till after jan 3rd for this unit, maybe this will get groves act together, i am in retail and i can tell you, the customers satisfaction is the only thing that trully matters, unhappy customers leads to no customers, cant wait till i get my new toy, i did talk to walmart though, one of the assistants said you can now special order it in two weeks, ????? i was calling for the bc-245 but i decided to ask ?? but this does not sound correct, would walmart carry it??? be nice if they would best regards mike kb9yiv 73
