I KNOW what the problem is!!!!!The BC895XLT and the BC890XLT make other scanners "alergic" to them when they are hooked into the same antenna line. What or why this happens is unknown. I found the same problem with both scanners in conventional AND Trunked mode. They also can interfere with other radios in more noticable ways. Right now, I have a 780XLT and a 9000XLT on the same antenna with no noticeable problems.
