Hi,I want to apologize to anyone who has had a unit on order with me and who hasn't heard from me, either by phone, or e-mail. I know it is frustrating not knowing when your unit will be shipped.
I have been spending every waking hour processing paperwork and packing boxes to get units shipped quickly, and have made shipping the actual units a higher priority than notifying the receivers of those units. Anyone who wants to know when and if their unit is shipped can phone me (650) 573-1624 or e-mail me, and I will let them know right away.
