For receiving only, F connectors should be OK. I had two antennas on a radio like that before and it worked well. I think it would work better using BNC connectors with a BNC "T" connector rather than a TV splitter. I feel you would have a little less loss. I find the best antenna is a unity gain omnidirectionial VHF antenna. I had great luck using it as an "all band" antenna. |
