Actually this question is relevant to the 780xlt because it covers this frequency range and I have never had a scanner before that covers anything below 29 MHz. The 780 (which I just purchased) covers this frequency range and I just wanted to know what was transmitted in this area. The time you spent telling me this was the inappropriate board could have been more useful by just answering my question.
