The PRO-26 IS one of them, but..if you go into a Radio Shack STORE in Canada, you will get the same "variety" of scanners sold here...sans cellular. Durham Radio is one of the exceptions to the rule...they are not a true Radio Shack dealer, and the full-cell scanners they stock and sell are ordered from the European market(UK) specifically to sell to those in the USA wanting a cellular scanner (albeit in question of the law...)(<:
