I have a G4 450MHz dual processor. I am using the Keyspan adapter to go from USB to the required DB9 serial. Con780 freezes up my computer like nothing else! I can't do anything with it. The program runs, but the moment I click on anything or ay option my computer freezes up. I haven't tried to run it yet on my G4 Titanium PowerBook. I'll try that tonight and post an update later.
As a sidenote, if I run VPC 4.02 (Virtual PC) and use the same Keyspan adapter and same cables, WinScan780 works perfect.
I would LOVE to abandon any and all PC software for a good reliable Mac program that will program, control and backup my 780.
