It's not possible to cut and paste in WinScan. And if you use TrunkStar to sort it, you won't be able to download it to your PC to use with WinScan.

The software vendors in this field don't play nice with each other :-(

You can paste frequencies into Win Scan quite easily from other sources, such as the Internet, when they're in the format of

XXX.XXXXX ABC Fire dept
YYY.YYYYY XYZ Police Dept

Be careful of freqs that are less than 100 MHz, as they tend to copy the previous freq in the list instead in this paste operation.

I pasted a list of about 400 commercial frequencies from the Internet this way, first sorting them into groups by banks, in about twenty minutes this way.
