I got my 780 and the Pozilla software today and went to hook them up and run into
a problem. My computer keeps telling me that the scanner is not connected. I have connected
the scanner to the port in the back of my computer (the DB9 port) and I have tried choosing
all of the com ports on the software and none seem to work. I have changed the speed to 19200 bps as
driected in the instructions and also turned the scanner on to remote. I am using a Compaq
Presario 1685 (Laptop), AMD K6-2 @380 Mhz, 68MB ram with windows 98 second edition. I contacted Pozilla
and am wating for them to call back.
