Earlier, someone asked for a photo of the 780 LCD. I have taken
one and posted it which can be accessed via the link below. I
took the photo while held on a trunking ID for a Motorola trunked
bank. I tried to preserve the color of the LCD as close as
possible to the actual color of a yellowish-green. Looking at the
LCD color you get an idea of the uniformity of illumination as
well as the 4 LEDs on either side.
