Most of the LTR systems I've figured out are usually in the first 5 slots, either forwards or in one case backwards.

I do have two systems though that are 1, 5, 9, 13 and 17. I understand this is quite typical. When the systems are designed, they have 4 x 5 table and instead of going left to right to assign LCNs, they are assigned top to bottom. Thus adding 4 to each LCN. Make sense? :)
