NJSP TROOP A/ Type 1 I-CALLS

Posted by George on January 23, 2001 at 19:00:04: I programmed the troop A frequencies as a type 1 system. I have had no problem monitoring the system and the Ids are accurate. The only problem I have had is alot of I-CALL ids coming up with a fax machine like sound. Are these the MDTs in the patrol cars? I have successfully monitor a few calls but the fax machine I-CALLS are a constant annoyance. I have been locking these I-CALL ids out. Suggestions?
