sometimes skips over frequencies that I know are active.
I can have the frequency in a scan bank and it completely
misses it but I can search the same band and find it happily
stopping on the frequency. Maybe its a little bug in the way it
scans, I am very particular about my radios and I did notice this
phenomenon with the 3000xlt, I am just waiting for the 780
to be released here in Australia, late March apparently.
