I'd just like to add that my 780xlt arrived yesterday on schedule and all is well.My only complaint is with UPS for dropping it off at a neighbor's house (after specifically telling a UPS customer service rep not to do that). I'm just thankful it didn't end up next door with our psycho neigbor that probably would have smashed the scanner to bits. Oh well... maybe I should choose FedEx next time.
