Thanks, Jack, for hitting the nail right on the head. Uniden informed us of their distribution schedule, so our being closed for Christmas had no effect on our shipping. Packaging had been prepared ahead of time, so when the shipment arrived at 10 AM December 27, every one of them went out to our customers at 3 PM the same day! Our workers gave up their lunch hours to be sure our clients would be happy. I'd say that's pretty good service, wouldn't you?! |
