Thanks, Mike, for your clarification. I'm sorry you are dissatisfied with our service. A pickup order was given to UPS on January 5, and I'm surprised they've never contacted you. Your scanner was packaged very well here, so if it arrived in a beat-up carton, that is clearly UPS's doing. Fortunately, of more than 400 BC780XLTs that went out that week, we've had nearly zero complaints--except for the postings we've read on Strong Signals!

In any case, I respect your decision to try another vendor and hope you have a better experience.
