If folks don’t mind, I would like to publicly thank Glenn of Scanners Unlimited for the excellent service I received (as others did as well, I’m sure) in obtaining the BC780 that I/we ordered (it arrived a few minutes ago!). In reading messages placed on this board and others, it is obvious that Glenn had his order expedited and likely paid extra to have his units sent out Red Label. It also appears that he worked diligently at getting his orders out the same day he received them, whereas some other retailers are waiting until after Christmas. I will also mention that Glenn called me to inform me that his shipment of BC780’s had arrived and then again a bit later to give me the UPS tracking number of my order. This is what I consider great customer service! Thank you, Glenn!Happy Holidays to All!
