I ordered my BC-780xlt from Grove on 12/27/2000. It was shipped before I had expected on 1/4/2001. I am completely satisfied with my experieces on the telephone with Grove (I don't remember the names of who I spoke with).

I made the first call to Grove to order the scanner, a second call to ask if I could get an e-mail confirmation of shipping, and yet a third call to get my UPS tracking number. All three times I was met with courteous and prompt service.

As for CEI, I had a good experience with them back in 1997 when I ordered my BC-235xlt from them. I have no complaints with them either. I recevied my scanner in a timely fashion at a competitive price.

I have been looking for the opportunity to share that... I just didn't feel like getting flamed.
