The last i heard this is to be true, But a lot of the major players such as Grove, retail Department stores could'nt care less to see the 780XLT until early January, but guys like Ham stations, Scannersunlimited would love to get a jump, and make someone's Christmas wish come true, It will be intresting too see if Uniden will actually make an effort to ship today, or just say Screw-It and wait until the first of January, It's obvious that Uniden made a big mistake and missed a potential sales boom with the Christmas sales rush, Uniden is going to need more than us "hooked on Scanners" guys for long term survial |
