Rob, I take it you had the whole version installed prior to doing the upgrade, correct?What the program states is not only must be out of trunking mode but ANY banks that you have TRUNKING frequencies set up in MUST BE DESELECTED for scanning banks in the conventional mode.
The reason for this is because the 780 in all its glory thinks it is so smart it still trunk tracks ANY banks with frequencies entered into it as trunking frequencies if those banks are not deslected.
This is also explained in the warning on program startup in a message box. This is not the ideal situation but for now it is where it must stand.
If you follow this and still do not get it to work with 19200 baud please try 9600 baud. I have not had a chance to test it at the 19200 baud rate but it does work at 9600 if you have followed the deselection of trunk banks.
