I think so. Here are the things that I found are weird:
a) Priority doesn't work when doing both trunk and conventional scanning. b) Channel alert isn't loud -- I don't see myself using this anyhow
On the plus side, the unit is fast and receives well. The Edacs is fantastic as it will receive the i-Call signals which many departments use as a private channel....
