Your saying the 895 samples about 2
tones per second?
From what i saw at scannermaster,the 780 looked
liked it was semi-quickly-scanning tones,more so
than sampling,from your post i'd say the 780 tone
search has improved over the 895.
I'm sure that a informative review from you will set
the record straight.,aswell as highlight other points
not even mentiond now.
I still can't get over the fact,that GREs 92/2067
TONE search is so much better than unidens 895/780.
I wish i knew how to check the VERSION on the 780,
so when mine arrives i can see if its the same as
the scannermaster demo unit.
