Believe it or not i have heard police agencies using CH 16 Emergency
for car to car. Usually talking about or using it for covert operations.
CH 16 seems like the all time favorite by police. I have also noticed
it makes a good Agency to Agency / Car to Car channel. I have heard the
City Police Chatting with County.
I keep Ch 16 loaded in my scanner and i have heard some good stuff.
